Dear Potential New Member,

My name is Addi Zellitti, and I have the absolute honor and privilege of serving as Delta Gamma’s Vice President of Membership. From the very first moment I walked into this chapter, I felt something different — a sense of belonging, purpose, and genuine sisterhood that went far beyond what I ever expected. Delta Gamma has shaped me into a stronger, more confident, and more compassionate woman, and I am so excited for you to have the opportunity to experience that same feeling.

When I entered recruitment, I was searching for a place that felt like home. Somewhere I could grow, be supported, and be challenged to become the best version of myself. What I found in Delta Gamma was so much more. This chapter is built on authenticity, faith, encouragement, and women who truly care about one another. Every member pours into each other, celebrates each other’s successes, and shows up during life’s hardest moments. The friendships I have found here will last far beyond my time at Texas A&M, and I am endlessly grateful for the women who now feel like family. Through Delta Gamma, I have formed lifelong friendships, found my future bridesmaids, and developed traits within myself that I previously thought were out of reach.

As Vice President of Membership, my heart is fully invested in creating a recruitment experience that is welcoming, intentional, and meaningful for every woman who walks through our doors. I want you to feel seen, valued, and loved for exactly who you are. My hope is that every potential new member leaves Delta Gamma feeling encouraged, confident, and excited about where she belongs.

Recruitment can feel overwhelming, but I can promise you that your home is out there. My best advice is to stay true to yourself, trust your instincts, and look for the women who make you feel inspired to grow. The right chapter will feel like a place where you can fully be yourself and still be deeply loved.

Panhellenic sorority recruitment is a mutual selection process that is filled with activities designed to offer prospective members the chance to learn about the Panhellenic sororities in a concentrated period of time. It is an opportunity for students to meet the sorority members, ask questions, and outline financial obligations, time commitments, and membership requirements. Recruitment is not just a tool to meet people, but an opportunity to build lifelong relationships.
